This is my go to Vape pen . Comes with 3 atomizers and double the battery then most . micro USB charging comes in handy.
The attachments did not make with the battery even though the battery was charged. Also, I think the mouth piece is loose and detaches easily from the unit body! I would like my money back.
The first day I received this vape pen, I tried to detach the atomizer from the battery and one of the tiny, delicate rubber bands that are crucial to the vape pen mouthpiece connecting to the atomizer broke. Luckily there are three atomizers so I've been able to use two out of my three. I've contacted Cloud about getting new rubber bands, or just returning the pen completely since the rubber bands snap so easily, and they will not respond to me. The atomizers that I have been able to use are pretty good, so overall I give the pen itself 3 stars as long as the rubber bands aren't broken, and Cloud's customer service zero stars. I would recommend looking into other pens. For $100 I should be able to use all of my atomizers, or at least get a response about the defect from the company.
