You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To Protect all our customers, we CANNOT ACCEPT any items that have been used EVEN ONCE, due to heightened security and inspections within the postal service.
Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Smokazon.com by either phone,or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Smokazon.com will be sent back at your cost.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional restocking fees of up to 50%. This includes but is not limited to any parts, accessories, and/or free bonus items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending us your return item.
Once your refund is complate you will be notified by e-mail.
Our foreign return/exchange policy is based on a case by case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, custom fees and taxes we will do our best to accommodate such a request within our discretion but at the same time keeping you, the customer satisfied.
