A vaporizer is a device used to release the active ingredients of plant material or their therapeutic compounds through vapor.

3. How does a Vaporizer work?
Standard Vaporizers use a heating element to heat the cool air to vaporizing temperatures. As the hot air passes over the filling chamber it produces a stream of vapor that can be inhaled through either a whip attachment, balloon, or bag.
4. What is a Pocket Vaporizer?
The Pocket Vaporizer is named for its size, and its portable, easy to use quality. The Pocket Vaporizer is small enough to carry in your pocket and heats up quickly. Each model is different but some of them are even cordless!

Using a Vaporizer
1. Why is using a vaporizer better than smoking?
Vaporizers are a healthier alternative to smoking because Vaporizers heat the material at a much lower temperature, which produces an aromatic vapor from the active ingredients of the substance without burning the plant itself. This decreases the noxious gases and harmful by-products that would be produced through smoking the same substance, but allows you to enjoy all the benefits.
2. What is the best temperature to use a Vaporizer?
Each product is different but the best temperature for most Vaporizers falls between 335 and 385 degreesFahrenheit.
3. How do you clean a Vaporizer?
Most vaporizer screens can be cleaned with a small brush or glass-cleaning solution. For glass components, Orange Chronic and Agent Orange are an excellent choice for keeping your glass clean and sparkling. You might need to disassemble some of the parts in order to ensure the best cleaning. Q-tips are great for cleaning any hard-to-reach spots.
4. What is the difference between a humidifier and a vaporizer?
A Humidifier adds moisture to the air. A Vaporizer adds a substance to the moisture by heating the air that is passing through the substance and creates a vapor which releases the benefits of that substance.
5. How do you load a Vaporizer?
Pack the bowl of the vaporizer. Make sure not to pack it too tightly as this will not allow the vapor to pass through effectively. Each Vaporizer has a different type of 'bowl' for packing. The instruction manual that comes with your product will show clearly where to pack your Vaporizer.
6. What should I do with the substances after I've finished using them in the Vaporizer?

Vaporizer Accessories
1. What is a whip?
A whip is a 3 piece attachment for a vaporizer. It is comprised of a mouthpiece, tube, and wand. The wand uses a screen to hold the substances and attaches to the heating element of the vaporizer. The tube is what the vapor travels through while you are inhaling and the mouthpiece is what you inhale through.
2. How often should I replace my whip?
The mouthpiece and wand portion should be cleaned every few months with a glass cleaner or even a household agent like alcohol. The tubing can also be cleaned with those same cleaners but it is recommended to replace it every few months with new tubing because it cannot be cleaned as thoroughly.
3. Can a balloon bag be cleaned?
Unfortunately a balloon bag cannot be cleaned and should be replaced after about 75 to100 uses.
4. Can you use a Vaporizer without a whip?
Yes you have a few others options of what to vaporize with. Other tools through which you can inhale directly from your Vaporizer are the bag or balloon attachment. In some vaporizers you can also use a special Bowl attachment or Liquid Pad through which the vapor comes and releases the properties into the air of the room.
5. How do I get my vaporizer working again?
Each Vaporizer is different. You may have to read the owner's instruction manual to determine what would be the best way to get a Vaporizer which is no longer working, to work again.
